Each year, usually in November, VSDGA hosts its Annual Business Meeting. During the year the business of the Association is conducted by the Board of Directors in bimonthly Board Meetings. At the Annual Business Meeting the year's business is reported to the membership, fulfilling certain requirements of our Constitution and By-laws, the members may express concerns, enter motions and vote on any motions before the meeting, and the ballots of the current Board Election are counted and reported.

10 am - 12 am: Dairy Wet Lab at the Warrenton Regional Laboratory. Speaker Karl Magura, DVM. Demonstrations of how milk samples are cultured and pathogens identified. You may bring milk samples from your own herd (You would be responsible for the lab fees. Contact Donna Kidd for sample containers or pick them up at the lab). Q&A and discussion of mammary management. Pre-registration required, deadline November 1, 2008. To pre-register email Donna Kidd at donna@dkiddalpines.com and let her know the numbers of adults and youth in your party along with the number of samples you will be bringing, if any.

1 pm - 3 pm: Annual Business Meeting. Warrenton Extension Office.
