VSDGA 37th June Show

Each year, usually in November, VSDGA hosts its Annual Business Meeting. During the year the business of the Association is conducted by the Board of Directors. At the Annual Business Meeting the year's business is reported to the membership, fulfilling certain requirements of our Constitution and By-laws. The members may express concerns, enter motions and vote on any motions before the meeting. The new Board of Directors for the following year is elected at this time.

Date: November 3, 2012

Time: 11:00 AM (followed by Cookout about noon)

Location: Hartwood, Virginia at the home of Jean Craig.

Agenda: 2013 June Show plans and fund raising.

Social Cookout: VSDGA will provide hot dogs and hamburgers. You are asked to bring a favorite dish to share and your own chair(s) and beverages.
