Each year, usually in November, VSDGA hosts its Annual Business Meeting. During the year the business of the Association is conducted by the Board of Directors in bimonthly Board Meetings. At the Annual Business Meeting the year's business is reported to the membership, fulfilling certain requirements of our Constitution and By-laws, the members may express concerns, enter motions and vote on any motions before the meeting, and the ballots of the current Board Election are counted and reported.

The date for the 2010 Annual Meeting has been set for November 13, 2010. As plans are developed the information will be published here.
